Image
Cleaning outdoor areas in Sydney rentals is an important step when getting ready to move out, as these spaces are often checked during the final inspection. Start by sweeping patios, balconies, and driveways to remove dust, leaves, and cobwebs, then wash hard surfaces to clear built up dirt and stains. Garden areas should be tidied by removing weeds, trimming overgrown plants, and clearing fallen debris so everything looks neat and cared for. Outdoor furniture, railings, and fences may also need a wipe down to remove grime from weather exposure. Paying attention to drains, outdoor lights, and doors can make a big difference to the overall appearance. A clean and well maintained outdoor area shows the property has been looked after and helps create a positive impression during inspection.  A local government councillor who tried to get reimbursed for a drink he bought at "the best strip club in Australia" during a work trip has described the incident as a "genuine mistake". City of Joondalup councillor Nige Jones was found to have breached code of conduct standards while on a city-funded conference trip to Adelaide in August for claiming a drink expense at Hindley Street's Crazy Horse Revue. "His claim for reimbursement of an alcoholic beverage at the Crazy Horse Revue and attendance at this establishment while on city-funded travel does not meet the standards of conduct expected of a council member," a censure notice published by the City of Joondalup read. Why Hospitality Businesses Are Popular Among Buyers

Image
Hospitality businesses remain popular among buyers because they offer a blend of lifestyle appeal, steady demand, and diverse income opportunities. Many buyers are drawn to the chance to run cafes, restaurants, or small accommodation services that allow for personal creativity and direct customer interaction. These businesses often have strong foot traffic, repeat customers, and the potential to grow through improved service, menu updates, or digital marketing. The sector also attracts buyers who want a hands on venture that delivers quick feedback and visible results. Even during changing economic periods, hospitality remains resilient because people continue to seek dining, social experiences, and travel options.
